Refund Process
Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will transfer the money to your bank account within a 7 working days.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have not received a refund after 15 days of the approval email please contact us at info@tlknesavu.com
Items sold during a Nesavu Sale are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Only regular priced items may be refunded if they are defective. Please return your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Delivery Information
We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. We deliver to most cities in India. If in case we cannot deliver to your specified address we will get in touch with you on receipt of your order. We make our best effort to ship each item in your order within 24 hours of receipt of the order and payment. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 7 working days. In unlikely cases where we are not able to ship within 7 days, we shall send you an email informing the same and your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded.
Once the order is shipped, it usually takes 4 to 7 working days to get delivered.To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we ship only through reputed courier agencies. Before accepting delivery from courier, please ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you believe that the merchandise is not in a good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care mentioning your order reference number.
We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest. The shipping status of your order and the tracking ID will be e-mailed to you once the product is shipped. Please note: If your residence is within a gated community, please intimate the guard that you are expecting a parcel from NESAVU. Courier charges will be calculated automatically on check out. We also ship outside India. However for any queries, orders and shipping information please e-mail to us.

Refund Policy
All the items are checked thoroughly by our staff before they are packed and sent. We do not accept refunds or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective. We will also not exchange for size or color change. You are requested to hence check our size chart before you place the order.
There may be a slight variation in the color of the product that you see in the website only for certain products due to the product color or lighting. We have pictured all the photos in natural lighting and we have also not used filters.
You need to first send us a photograph of the damaged or defective product; on the day you receive your parcel through email or Whatsapp. Please send your email to info@tlknesavu.com or Whatsapp to our number 9894739099. We will not exchange if you report to us the day after you receive the parcel.
We will inspect the photograph carefully and will decide on the refund eligibility. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, unworn unwashed and in the same condition that you would have received it. The product must also be returned in the original packaging. To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
